Tiina Salonen and Mika Länsman, along with their friend Emilia Tuomi, run activity holiday tours in Utsjoki, Finland. The village, located by the River Teno, right along the border between Finland and Norway, has a population of just over 1,200. “Utsjoki is a Sámi commune, where Sámi culture is still strong.
