19th century cellar vaults might not be the first location that springs to mind for a fine dining restaurant, but Ravintola Musta Lammas has been serving Nordic inspired cuisine with a twist to its customers since 1982 in Kuopio, Finland. Using fresh, local produce, the restaurant has maintained its reputation as one of Finland’s top restaurants for over 30 years.
