In its first year, the restaurant has already achieved a Michelin-star and multiple awards. Merely a year has passed since Bjorn Persson and his team decided to close the Michelin restaurant Kock & Vin after 14 years, to take a chance at Koka – a new modern fine dining experience. And things are going well. “It has been an amazing first year for us,” says Persson and the festive occasions sure have been coming in a steady stream lately.
