The bank SEB’s new office complex in Arenastaden in Stockholm holds as many people as a small town – 4,500 employees, to be exact. With a whopping 72,200 square metres, it is Sweden’s largest modern office complex. Swedish architecture firm Wingårdhs designed the interiors of the three buildings, with interior architects Helena Toresson and Sara Helder at the helm. “The best discussions can arise by the coffee machine or when you bump into someone on the stairs. That’s why we’ve allowed the architecture’s interior organisation to play a key role in the promotion of natural and informal meetings,” says Toresson.
