Skandlink is a manufacturer of custom-made and pre-constructed houses that has built a strong reputation for creating quality homes for customers across Scandinavia. The company provides a comprehensive service from blueprint to completion, including both exterior and interior solutions for projects ranging from tiny homes and cabins to large summer houses.
Skandlink was founded ten years ago by Armands Sils, who recognised a growing demand for small houses among businesses and private buyers. Today, the company consists of approximately 30 employees operating from a factory in Latvia. Their focus is clear: to deliver wooden houses of the highest quality, ranging from compact cabins and cottages to tiny homes and larger summer houses.

“While we have an extensive catalogue of ready-made models that customers can choose from, what truly sets us apart is our flexibility. All models can be tailored to suit the customer’s vision, and we can also build from an existing blueprint or create an entirely new project from scratch. It is our ability to deliver tailored solutions that has made us the first choice for thousands of homeowners across the region,” says Sils.

The company’s emphasis on custom-built solutions means that, alongside its catalogue of pre-designed models, many customers also bring their own blueprints or ideas. The team reviews each project, suggests technical adjustments when necessary, and adapts layouts, materials, facades, interiors, flooring, and construction details to meet customer preferences.
Production typically takes around 16 weeks from confirmed order to completion. Smaller homes are delivered almost fully finished from the factory, including kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, and appliances. Larger homes are assembled on-site, usually within just two to three days.
