Why do we do what we do? Why are we here? Why is what we do important? The wish to help companies and public organisations answer those questions was what made theologian Christina Busk found Etikos in 2006. “Etikos is rooted in a desire to work with company values, not as a branding tool but as a profound ethical foundation for the actions of organisations,” says Busk, adding: “Our speciality is the DNA of the organisation. It’s the company culture, the values. Our aim is to ensure that the organisation and its employees know why they are acting the way they do.”
