Suvi

Back in January 2016, film fans from all over the world, who had gathered in Tromsø for the annual Tromsø International Film Festival, got to witness a food premiere when Suvi opened in a minimalistic space with floor-to-ceiling windows in the city centre. Since then, the café and restaurant, which offers a wide variety of Asian cuisine, including Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese and Thai, has attracted droves of curious tourists and returning locals. “The name Suvi, drawing on the two first letters in Sushi and Vietnamese, represents our concept. We’re proud to be the only authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Tromsø, and we serve up a delicious sushi!
