Mia Lagerman

Mia Lagerman is a key player on the European furniture design scene. She runs her own design studio in Copenhagen and boasts a portfolio with work for some of the leading brands in the industry, such as Fritz Hansen, Skagerak Denmark, Blå Station, van Esch, Svedbergs and IKEA. Over the years, the skilled designer has been awarded prominent awards such as Red Dot, Excellent Swedish Design and Elle Interiör Design Prize. Born in Sweden, Lagerman has lived in Denmark for some 25 years. Trained at the University College of Arts in Stockholm and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, she is a true Scandinavian at heart with a focus on quality, functionality and aesthetics.
