With a belief in seasonal changes to the menus, the kitchen focuses on simple dishes that allow the individual ingredients to speak for themselves, in a taste sensation that embraces the core value of using their own and local products from Møn.

A symphony of greens from the kitchen garden combines with fruits and berries, either from the restaurant’s own fields or from other nearby hedges, beaches and woods.
