This 600-square-metre seaside home will feature stunning modern Scandinavian design, a beach sauna and its own jetty. “We wanted to make the most of the incredible sea view, hence incorporating large windows on the second floor. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted by a view of the pool and a breathtaking panorama of the sea, as well as an open, full-width second-floor lounge,” he explains.

For us, it was essential to maximise the connection to nature while ensuring the house harmonises with its surroundings,” Jylkäs states.
