Taking place on 12-15 January at several locations in Oslo, All Ears is a non-profit festival by music enthusiasts for music enthusiasts. Born out of Norwegian drummer Paal Nilssen-Love’s passion for improvised music, the festival runs with the goal of conveying innovative and vital music from known and unknown artists, from both Scandinavia and the rest of the world. “What is so special about All Ears is that it is exclusively run by musicians, who constantly
have a finger on the pulse of what’s going on in the genre,” explains festival organiser Guro Moe.
