Comwell Varbergs Kurort is located only 52 steps from the sea. In 2015, the popular health resort came even closer to water with a new thalasso spa – the first and only in Sweden. Thalassa is the Greek word for sea, and the new thalasso spa in Varberg on the Swedish west coast fully embraces its unique seaside location. “The sea is present in everything we do, and it feels very natural to us,” says Emelie Winroth, marketing coordinator at Comwell Varbergs Kurort.
