In one of the oldest parts of central Aarhus, not far from the university of the main church, lies a street called Nørre Allé. This traffic-heavy street, lined with many old, neglected, and worn-out buildings, connects the centre of Aarhus to a large, residential area. Although the street has a lot of potential, thanks to its location, the housing and recreational options are very limited. After a lot of negotiation and hard work, a company in the Eriksen Group bought what is now one of the street’s highlights and started the building process behind its success.
