The journey from one first restaurant four years ago to a foodie haven with three unique quality offerings was organic, explains general manager Patrick de Neef. “PS Bar & Grill became an immediate success. It was the only life in the gallery back then, and when a fashion and beauty shop moved downstairs a couple of years ago we saw an opportunity to breathe more life into it by developing concepts that would synergise PS,” he says. In June last year, the trio of eateries was complete, boasting the original PS Bar & Grill with its classic family-friendly meals, the Asian fusion hub The Market, and El Nacional, serving South American cuisine.
