The Natural History Museum in Aarhus, the European Capital of Culture 2017, is much more than dusty old bones and dry statistics. A visit to the museum, which is located in the city’s large University Park, is an opportunity to explore our place in the past, present, and future of our world. Museum director Bo Skaarup explains: “We feel that there’s a great need for someone to help people face some of the big questions of our time. Soon there will be seven billion people on the planet, and a lot of things are being turned upside down.
