Complete silence ensues as the guide switches off the electric motor and theboat glides closer to the beavers’ lodge. The local guide is knowledgeable and explains that the beavers have no predators in the Swedish waters and therefore do not feel threatened. While the small group of tourists from around the world learn about Sweden’s wildlife, an organical fresco meal is being prepared. It will be served with only the sound of nature in the background.
