Stine and Hans-Ove Kirkeby own and run Asak Farm, located in Sørum, Akershus, with one of Norway’s biggest pig farms. After moving the pigs into a new and modern pig barn a few years ago, Stine Kirkeby wanted to use the empty barn to create something they could live off andrun from home. The idea of a conference hotel came up, and after years of planning, Smakfulle Rom has now become a reality. What better place to gather for a conference than someplace peaceful and quiet, but not too far away from the city?
